CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellation received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations will be accepted via email only.

All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.

Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment and will follow norms as per the refund policy of
the District Grand Lodge of Bombay.

Cancellation of participation in an event is subject to the event terms and conditions.

Refunds will not be made if the event is cancelled or postponed due to force majeure reasons, and will be at the sole discretion of the District Grand Lodge of Bombay.

The District Grand Lodge of Bombay does not take any responsibility for the satisfactory conduct of events. Similarly, except where explicitly stated, the District Grand Lodge of Bombay is not responsible for any goods or services that may be traded and/or delivered through the Website. The District Grand Lodge of Bombay is not responsible for any cancellation or refund on behalf of third parties.
